Puneet Dureja has a movie production and distribution company called Nihali Production and Distribution. The film department will produce 3 to 5 films a year with an average budget of $10 Million Dollars to $20 Million Dollars and much greater budgets for select situations. Nihali’s design will focus on producing movies that have wide appeal, concentrating on live action / animation, action, or comedy.

These types of movies will generate box office grosses related to their production budgets.Nihali Production and Distribution will take advantage of Puneet Dureja’s many years experience as a movie distributor. This will insure that movie revenue will be transparent and maximize profitability to the company.  

In 2002 Mr. Dureja purchased CENTAUR DISTRIBUTION

Centaur Distribution Corp has been in continuous operation from its foundation in 1965. The company has produced and distributed animated cartoons based on the internationally famous Marvel Super Hero characters, including "Spider-Man", "Captain America", "Incredible Hulk", "Sub-Mariner", "Iron Man" and "Mighty Thor."

Centaur was purchased in 2002 to primarily own the rights / copyright and trademark to the following animated series:

 - Rocket Robin Hood: 52 1/2 hour animated cartoon episodes

- The name Robin Hood is perhaps one of the most recognized names in the entertainment industry.

- Children are fascinated by rocket ships, outer space, and the future. It allows them to use their imagination and to believe that all things are possible – especially in the future. Futuristic concepts, whether they be Star Wars or Star Trek, always has an audience that wants more and more stories. 

  - Max the Mouse: 104 5 minute animated cartoon episodes.

  - Max knows his way around history and makes it fun for kids. This loveable animated character pops into full color backgrounds and guides youngesters through the most exciting times and places in the world.

  - Max sails fiords with the Vikings; watch Michelangelo paint the Sistine Chapel, join Marco Polo and Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves. and the major events in U.S. history.

In addition to the cartoon series the company has produced, owns and distributed a gothic soap opera consisting of 195 half hours in color, titled "Strange Paradise."

  - On a Private island in a 300 year old castle the richest man in the world makes a pact with the devil to bring his dead wife back to life.

Centaur has been instrumental in dubbing its animated series into French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese. Centaur's international negotiations have included acquisition and distribution agreements with England, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Japan, Australia, South Africa, South America, the Caribbean, the Far and Middle East and the Pacific Rim.

To produce these shows would cost approximately $75 Million dollars - Value of these assets today. Centaur is currently under negotiation to produce a feature film (live / animated) of Rocket Robin Hood (similar to the Spiderman series).

In 1996 Mr. Dureja created PG ENTERTAINMENT

Mr. Dureja acquired the rights to hundreds of Hollywood films for distribution

- First distribution to market in India - 20 movies

- Within 2 years expanded distribution to Southeast Asia

- Within 4 years expanded to International market - over 300 movies

- Provider of movies were: Lion's Gate; New Image; Franchise Films; Qadra Films; UFO

- Sold domestic TV programs to International market; Provider of programs from Associated TV - Discovery Channel / Disney Channel, etc.

- Dubbed American movies in local languages to increase sales.

SALES: Initial Gross revenues approached $40 Million dollars

In 1991 to 1995 Mr. Dureja formed RK VIDEO MANHATTAN

Primary purpose was to:

Produce TV Commercials

- Primarily for the domestic market

Imported movies from India

- Distributed in U.S. market

Sold high technology machines and software to India

- ProTool DIGI design

SALES: From $100,000 per year to over $10 Million dollars
